Dr. William Stanish is a Professor of Surgery at Dalhousie University and Sport Medicine consultant to many world-famous athletes.  He was Chief Medical Officer at the 1984 and 1988 Olympic Games and is an inductee of the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame as well as the Sport Hall of Fame at both UPEI and Dalhousie University. He is also the recipient of the Order of Nova Scotia.
